ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) is the command language used by Zebra and compatible thermal printers. Instead of printing an image, you send the printer plain-text commands that describe text, barcodes, lines and boxes. ZPLCraft generates those commands for you from a visual canvas.
Do I need to install drivers or software?
No. ZPLCraft runs entirely in your browser. Direct USB printing uses the WebUSB API, which is supported in Chrome and Edge, so labels stream straight to the printer with no drivers, middleware or print spooler.
Which printers does ZPLCraft work with?
Any Zebra-class thermal label printer that accepts raw ZPL, including most Zebra desktop and industrial models and many ZPL-compatible printers from other brands. You can also export the generated ZPL and send it to a printer however you like.
